Job summary

Eden Senior Care’s Edenbrook Rochester in Minnesota is seeking a positive, reliable Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time and PRN role within a skilled nursing and rehab setting under the supervision of a physical therapist.

The PTA will provide quality therapy services, maintain documentation, support discharge planning, and collaborate with the care team to help residents regain function and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing.
• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rehab standards in accordance with the Company Mission and Goals.
• Provide quality therapy services under the direction and supervision of the physical therapist.
• Complete discharge planning and related documentation and communication.
• Prioritize and maintain a work schedule appropriate for the facility.
• Collaborate with Facility staff to ensure positive, productive interactions.
