Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Geneva, Ohio team. You will contribute to high-quality patient care at Pine Grove Healthcare Center, working PRN during daytime hours.

As a PTA, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT, document patient progress, educate patients on home exercise programs and use of assistive devices, and communicate changes to the supervising PT to optimize resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state PTA License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
