Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, a growing network with 275 locations, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will implement treatment plans and document patient progress while educating patients on home programs.

The position is Consistent PRN daytime at Helia Healthcare of Energy in Energy, IL. Benefits include a 401k with company match and Generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
