Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapist-led practice. The position supports patients across locations in Ohio with supervision from a licensed Physical Therapist.

Each day involves hands-on patient care, documentation, and patient education to maximize recovery outcomes. Qualified candidates hold an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, a current state PTA license, and ideally one year of PTA experience.

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
