Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN coverage. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to enhance residents’ mobility, strength, and independence, with competitive pay and flexible PRN scheduling.

The role offers reliable hours and a pathway to full-time opportunities within a supportive rehab environment, serving residents in a 102-bed skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Active SC PTA license required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to individualized treatment plans.
• Assist residents with exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment.
