Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a MA PTA license, graduated from an accredited PTA program, and demonstrates compassion, strong communication, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts PTA license required.
• Graduate from an accredited PTA program.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under licensed PT supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Assist with therapeutic exercises, transfers, gait training, and mobility techniques.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes to supervising PT.
• Document treatments and patient responses accurately and timely.
