Job summary

Fiberhire is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in East Boston, MA 02128 to join our rehabilitation team. The PTA delivers skilled therapy under a PT, focusing on mobility, strength, and function for residents.

Ideal candidates are graduates of accredited PTA programs with MA licensure. Net Health experience is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply. H1B sponsorship is available, and we offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (required).
Active Massachusetts PTA license in good standing.
Experience using Net Health software preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Carry out prescribed physical therapy treatments to help reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve functional ability.
Provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
Assist with implementing and adjusting treatment plans according to PT guidance.
Track and document resident progress including strength, mobility, and functional performance.
Monitor patient responses to therapy sessions and report updates to the supervising therapist.
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team (IDT) to support positive resident outcomes.
Offer education and guidance to residents, families, and caregivers regarding therapy goals and exercises.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines.
