Job summary

Kerenscare is looking for a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our outstanding in-house team in Wisconsin. In this PRN role, you will administer physical therapy treatments and provide person-centered care to improve residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services under supervision.
• Implement and modify physical therapy plans of care.
• Monitor patient responses and modify approaches accordingly.

Skills

Active Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license

Strong communication and teamwork skills
