Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full-Time Primary Care Physician for our Health Center in Suwanee, GA. You will provide episodic, preventive, and urgent care to employees and their dependents, with scheduled hours Mon–Fri.

You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and maintain comprehensive medical records using EMR systems. We offer competitive compensation and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• All state licenses to practice.
• Federal DEA license and state-specific requirements.
• Current board certification (ABMS/AMA/AOA).
• CPR (hands-on) certification with exam verification.
• At least three years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or ER settings.

Responsibilities

• Provides episodic, preventive, and acute health care to patients.
• May provide occupational health services in some centers.
• Conducts histories and exams and prescribes treatments per best practices.
• Develops treatment plans with patients and educates on medical issues.
• Provides referrals to internal and external medical resources.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and monitors patient progress.
• Identifies emergencies and provides care within scope.
• Participates in annual health center goals and objectives.
• Maintains medical records using EMR software where applicable.
• May formulate and administer health programs as needed.
• Assumes responsibility for care in absence of Medical Leader.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
