Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Locust, NC is seeking PRN Physician Assistants to support multiple clinics. This role suits PAs who enjoy variety, high-volume settings, and cross-team collaboration. New grads are welcome to apply as boards may not be complete yet.

Responsibilities span urgent/primary care, minor procedures, dermatology, eye/GYN care, and telemedicine. Competitive hourly pay with bonus incentives and CME support accompany this flexible PRN opportunity.

Qualifications

• PA certification required before start date.
• Master’s degree or higher required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed.
• EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine.
• Minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals.
• Suturing and splinting.
• General orthopedic evaluations and management.
• X-ray review with Radiologist over-read.
• EKG interpretation.
• General dermatology, eye issues, and GYN care.
• Treating patients of all ages.
• Emergency management in fast-paced setting.
