Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Currently licensed in Iowa; active license.
• CPR certification required.
• One year post-acute care experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Follow PT treatment plans under supervising PT.
• Chart patient progress in a timely manner.
• Utilize therapy software as appropriate.
• Provide excellent patient and family service.
• Maintain safety and proper body mechanics.
