Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (ASPT).
• Must be currently licensed/ registered in the applicable state and keep license active.
• One year post-acute care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in following treatment plans and documenting progress.
• Chart appropriately and utilize therapy software as needed.
• Maintain patient rights, safety, and confidentiality.
