The role offers $45 hourly with consistent hours and opportunities to contribute to patient recovery, progress documentation, and discharge planning under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA credential required.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative therapy under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assesses patient progress and documents outcomes.
• Communicates with patients, families, and other providers.
• Contributes to discharge planning and care coordination.

Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements under the supervision and direction of an Physical Therapist.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Assesses and document patient's progress and communicates with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Provides input to supervisor for discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
