Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team across Texas, New Mexico, Indiana, Arizona, and Missouri. This position offers $45 hourly with consistent hours, and is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will provide rehabilitative, medically necessary treatment, document progress, and collaborate with families and care teams to support patient recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA credential required.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.
• Adheres to evidence-based practice and clinical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements under the supervision and direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Assesses and documents patient's progress and communicates with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Provides input to supervisor for discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
