Job summary

Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) on a PRN basis to support our in-house team. You will help residents improve mobility, strength and overall quality of life under PT supervision.

Main duties include administering prescribed treatments, documenting outcomes, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to adjust plans of care as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas PTA license in good standing.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy treatment practices.
• Experience with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed PTA treatments to relieve pain and improve function.
• Provide skilled PT services under supervision of a PT.
• Follow PT plans of care and modify with PT input.
• Record motor function, strength, and progress accurately.
