Job summary

Azria Health is seeking a PTA to provide direct rehabilitation under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The role requires graduation from an accredited PT program and state licensure with CPR certification either at hire or during orientation.

Prior post-acute care experience and proficiency in Word, Excel, and email are preferred. The PTA will follow PT treatment plans, document promptly, utilize therapy software, and maintain excellent patient relations while supporting safety

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (ASPT).
• Must hold current state licensure and maintain it in good standing.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Follows physician-prescribed PT treatment plans under supervising PT.
• Performs charting accurately and timely.
• Uses therapy software appropriately and accurately.
• Delivers excellent customer service and positive patient interactions.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team discussions and related duties.
