Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (ASPT).
• Must be licensed/registered in the applicable state and maintain active licensure.
• One year of post-acute care or related setting experience preferred; CPR certification required at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct rehab care in physical therapy under PT supervision.
• Follow physician referral and Life Care standards.
• Chart accurately and timely; utilize therapy software.
