Continuum Rehab Group seeks a supervising physical therapist for our newly acquired Assisted/Independent Living Facility in Albuquerque, NM. This outpatient setting offers consistent hours and an hourly rate of $65.

We are looking for candidates passionate about providing exemplary patient care, building effective rehab programs to enhance recovery and quality of life, and leading a dynamic, clinically driven team. Licensure in the state (or in process) is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have graduated from an accredited University and have valid (or in process) License in appropriate state.

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.

We are hiring a supervising PT for our newly acquired Assisted/Independent Living Facility. This will be an Out Patient Setting.

$65 Hourly! Consistent Hours!

Experience/Qualifications:
