Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group in Albuquerque is seeking a supervising Physical Therapist for our outpatient facility. The role offers $65 per hour with consistent hours and a dynamic, clinically driven team focused on patient recovery and quality of life.

You will supervise PTAs, oversee licensee-compliant practice, and contribute to evidence-based care plans while supporting families and caregivers in the rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited university.
• Must hold a valid PT license in the appropriate state.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and students in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.

We are hiring a supervising PT for our newly acquired Assisted/Independent Living Facility. This will be an Out Patient Setting.

$65 Hourly! Consistent Hours!

Experience/Qualifications:
