Job summary

Vintage Wellness and Rehabilitation in Denton, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited University and have valid (or in process) license in appropriate state.
• This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provide skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements.

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
