Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring a PRN/Casual Physical Therapist to join an industry-leading team focused on restoring patients’ strength and independence. You will assess needs, craft recovery plans, and deliver PT services across in-facility environments, working under the Director of Rehab.

The role offers mentorship for new grads, opportunities for CEUs, visa sponsorship, relocation assistance, and a robust benefits package designed to support clinicians and their families as they grow

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Foreign degree evaluation for U.S. equivalence if earned outside the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy in in-facility settings.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and care providers.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
