Job summary

Powerback Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver high-quality therapy in our facility. The role focuses on restoring and enhancing patients' physical abilities and independence, while collaborating with peers and referring when appropriate.

The ideal candidate holds a valid PT license in their state, with a Master’s degree in PT or a related field.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s).
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• A Master’s in a related PT field with a Bachelor’s in PT is acceptable.
• A Bachelor’s in PT with 5 years of progressive PT experience is acceptable.
• Foreign PT degrees must be evaluated for US equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients in need.
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with the care team and refer as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
