Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of PT experience in a clinical setting.
• PT license in the state of employment.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Strong documentation and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapy and document all interventions.
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans as patients progress.
• Document evaluations, plans, progress notes, and billing information clearly.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and post-treatment care.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized therapy environments.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Demonstrate competencies across diverse patient populations.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and infection control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
