Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to work PRN at Foothills Rehabilitation Center in Tucson, AZ. You will provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, assess and implement treatment plans, and document thoroughly under physician orders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
• Provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders
• Supervise PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve
