Job summary

Sierra Tucson is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our residential treatment center on the Tucson campus at 39580 S Lago del Oro Parkway. Provide rehabilitation, treatment, and prevention services to improve movement and reduce pain in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, planning and adjusting care, educating patients and families, and contributing to discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• One or more years of PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients to improve mobility and manage pain.
• Develop individualized plans of care with measurable goals.
• Educate patients and families about the recovery process and home programs.
• Discharge planning including follow-up home programs as appropriate.
• Provide group or individual therapy sessions (e.g., hydrotherapy or movement groups).
• Maintain patient safety and address concerns promptly.
