Northwest Transitions Inpatient Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients on a PRN basis at the Northwest Medical Center campus in Oro Valley, AZ. Minimum 0-2 years of PT experience is required, with an active PT license in Arizona and BCLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical physical therapy experience.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough physical therapy evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers safe and effective therapy treatments and documents interventions.
• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, plans, progress notes, and billing information.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and post-treatment care.
