Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at a facility in Hillsboro, TX. You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and discharge planning, while coordinating with facilities to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires a state license in good standing and the ability to supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, with a focus on compliant clinical practice and positive patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and ongoing treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and case management responsibilities.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during group and individual treatment.
• Maintain infection control procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with facilities and clients in English.
