Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to PTs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients.
• Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients and caregivers.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided.
