Englewood Heights Post-Acute and Rehab in Pensacola, FL is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program. The role involves screening and evaluating patients, designing care plans, and delivering rehabilitative treatments including wound care.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders; develop care plans.
• Provide rehabilitative treatments and wound care per clinical standards.
• Assist with lifting, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Perform procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients and families; generate discharge summaries.
