Flagship Therapy seeks a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant at Cedar Hill Post-Acute and Rehab in Jacksonville, FL. The OTA license is required, and applicants at all experience levels are welcome, including new graduates. The role involves screening, evaluation, and delivering rehabilitative therapies in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• OTA license required.
• Open to OTAs at all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/ or wound care.
• Deliver rehabilitative interventions per plan and clinical standards.
• Assist with transfers and lifting as needed; move and position patients safely.
• Provide discharge summaries of services and coordinate care with team.
• Counsel patients and families regarding physical disorders and rehabilitation plans.
