Powdersville Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for PRN work. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Current South Carolina Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with Casamba and PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services per physician orders and goals.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, residents, families, and other professionals.
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals and home programs.
• Supervise PTAs, aides, and students as required by state rules.
