Job summary

Powdersville Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. You will assess residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interprofessional staff to maximize mobility and independence.

The role offers competitive hourly pay of $40-$50 and flexible PRN scheduling within a supportive facility in Easley, SC. Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehab is preferred, and licensure in South Carolina is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• SC Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred.
• Casamba and PointClickCare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide PT services per physician orders and goals.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals and home programs.
• Supervise PTAs and aides as allowed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
