Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid state Physical Therapist license is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

Provide PT services and related care per guidelines and plans of care.
Screen, evaluate, and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
Discharge planning and supervision of assistants and rehab techs.
Case management responsibilities and collaboration with rehab team.
Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per state guidelines and policies.
Participate in care conferences, utilization review, and interdisciplinary activities.
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and patient rights policies.
