Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Valid state OT license, where applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Optimize patient functionality by providing and supervising OT services.
• Document accurately and bill according to guidelines.
• Maintain patient-centered interactions with the care team.
• Supervise OT assistants and rehab technicians.
• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary activities.
• Develop and enhance OT programs to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control and patient rights policies.
• Pursue ongoing education and maintain licensure.
