Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) required.
• BLS (CPR) certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide effective, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families to support progress and long-term outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation.
• Float to multiple CSMO therapy locations as needed.
