National Church Residences Home Health in Southern Ohio is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for PRN/Contingent work to cover mileage in Ross, Fayette, Highland, and Pickaway counties.

The PTA will collaborate with a skilled team to deliver high-quality home health care to seniors, ensuring compliance with care plans and documentation. Associate degree in Physical Therapy and 2–4 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy from an approved curriculum
• Experience: Two to four years' experience preferred.
