Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Traverse City therapy team on a PRN basis. You will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to support mobility, strength, balance, and functional goals for our patients in various care settings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current Michigan PTA license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Monitor and report patient progress and response to treatment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
