Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. in Traverse City, MI, is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team on a PRN basis. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and function, delivering high-quality care in a supportive setting.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and document progress while maintaining accurate records. PRN scheduling and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current Michigan PTA license.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Monitor and report patient progress and response to treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
