Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and help implement individualized care plans to support patients’ functional outcomes.

Responsibilities include assisting with treatment phases, documenting patient progress, and maintaining open communication with therapists and facility staff, while safely operating standard PT equipment.

• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
