Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team in Illinois. You will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to help treat patients and support individualized plans of care.

You will assist with all phases of physical therapy, discuss progress with patients, and maintain clear documentation while collaborating with the PT, Rehab Director, and facility staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment with excellent functional outcomes.
• With the guidance of the PT, develop and implement PT treatment plans for each patient.
• Assist patients with all phases of PT treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record responses in charts after each visit.
• Maintain continuous communication with the PT, Director/Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
