Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering individualized patient care and achieving optimal functional outcomes.

You will help implement treatment plans, monitor patient responses, document progress, and communicate with therapists and facility staff to ensure cohesive care and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
