Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Milwaukee, WI seeks a qualified physical therapy assistant to work under a licensed Physical Therapist and help implement individualized care plans. You will contribute to quality patient outcomes and participate in ongoing patient care during treatment sessions.

As part of the team, you will assist with all phases of physical therapy, document patient responses, and maintain clear communication with the PT, rehab leadership, and staff.

• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team.
