Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Illinois. Working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will assist patients by following individualized plans of care.

You will help implement treatment programs, document patient progress, and maintain open communication with Therapists, Rehab Director, and facility staff. Experience in patient care and equipment handling is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Develop and implement treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Record patient conditions and responses to treatments after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with the Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate standard physical therapy equipment.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
