Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation seeks qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our growing team in Elk Grove Village, IL. As a PTA, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist and contribute to an individualized plan of care for each patient, assisting with all phases of treatment and documentation of patient progress.

You will collaborate with the Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff to ensure quality care and optimal outcomes.

• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
