Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As a PTA, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to help implement individualized plans of care and support patient progress.

In this role, you’ll assist patients throughout all phases of therapy, discuss treatments with patients, and document responses to interventions. You will also collaborate with the Director of Rehab and facility staff to ensure quality

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
