Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team in Naperville, IL. As a PTA, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist and help deliver individualized care plans to patients to achieve functional outcomes.

You will participate in all phases of therapy, record patient responses, and maintain clear communication with therapists and staff to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Qualified physical therapy assistant required, working under the guidance of a physical therapist.
• Assist patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.
