Job summary

Westview Nursing & Rehab is seeking PRN Physical Therapist Assistants to provide skilled therapy under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Services span home health, SNF, and outpatient settings within ASC Therapies & Wellness.

Responsibilities include direct patient therapy, progress documentation, discharge planning collaboration, and contributing to case management, while maintaining positive interactions with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist.
• Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies.
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy.

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings.
