Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support the Evansville area in various ASC Therapies & Wellness settings.

You will provide direct therapy under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, monitor progress, document outcomes and contribute to discharge planning and case management, serving senior residents with compassionate care.

PRN Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity at ASC Therapies

This position will cover the greater Evansville area

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies.
