Job summary

American Senior Communities' Cypress Grove Rehab Center seeks a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support skilled services under a PT supervision. Coverage up to 3 days weekly, serving patients across ASC therapies and wellness settings including SNF and outpatient care.

You will provide direct therapy, monitor progress, contribute to discharge planning, and work with the therapy team to maintain compassionate, patient-centered care for our senior residents.

PRN Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity at Cypress Grove Rehab Center

This position will cover up to 3 days weekly

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies.
