Job summary

American Senior Communities in Newburgh, IN seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide skilled therapy under the supervision of a registered physical therapist across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, including home health, SNF and outpatient services.

The PTA will perform direct therapy per the plan of care, monitor progress, assist with discharge planning, and support case management while maintaining compassionate interactions with senior residents and staff.

Physical Therapist Assistant (Healthcare)

PRN Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity at Cypress Grove Rehab Center

Full Time (30-40 hours weekly)

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies.
